Habit Breaking Spell Bath Tea

Toss a bath tea bag in the tub as you're running your bath to add herbal support. This blend is custom made to help you break a habit.

The Ritual: Put a bag in the tub. Let it steep and then step in and visualize yourself without the habit you'd like to let go of. See the water absorb the habit. When you're ready, sit in the tub while it drains, visualizing the habit going down the drain with the water. When it's gone, splash yourself with fresh water.

Ingredients: Rosemary, Lavender, Lemongrass, Lemon Verbena + Sage
